Individual Reiki Sessions with Reiki Master Jill Goux
Reiki is a gentle healing technique helps bring us into our own unique balance. The energy goes where it’s needed and it works on all levels of our being; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, improves circulation, help decrease pain, restores immune function, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal. It also helps support breathing, digesting and our sleep patterns too.
Clients are fully clothed on a massage table during each session, and the practitioner's hands are gently placed on energy centers of the body, called Chakras. After working on both the front and back side of the body, the client will be greeted with a warm towel and hot tea to complete this healing session.
