making an appointment

Upon arrival, please park in the parking lot behind the building and call SALT, to notify the concierge of your arrive. The concierge will text or call you to advise your provider is sanitized and ready to begin your experience. Once you receive this message, you may enter though the SPA Entrance. Once in the vestibule, ring the doorbell; your provider will welcome you into the SPA and begin your experience. You will be required to wear a mask in all public places; you will be able to remove mask once your treatment begins. Please keep mask on until you are instructed otherwise by your specialist.

Salon Services: All Salon appointments are to be made beforehand online or via phone. Salon services are to be paid for after your appointment with our concierge. You do have the option to include gratuity for any Salon Experiences.

Spa Services & SALT Room: If you are coming for a Spa Experience or for the SALT Room Experience, please call 952-300-2153 to notify our concierge of your arrival. We will send you text message or give you a ring welcoming you into our Spa. enter through the private Spa Entrance on the side of the building, facing Glenhurst Ave. Please arrive at your appointment time. (not early or late)

Salon Services: For Salon appointments, please enter through the main entrance which will lead you into the cafe where you'll be greeted by the concierge for check in. Feel free to order a beverage and bites, and shop our selection of local goods! Your salon experience will be underway.
