Erin
Meet Erin! Erin is our concierge and is here to help you with any and all things SALT! Her favorite parts about working at SALT are the beautiful space, sweet and talented staff, and the coffee! When Erin isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and her cats. She also loves music, movies, and going for walks
Katie
Meet Katie! Katie is a concierge, hair assistant and blow dry Technician. Katie is currently attending Aveda Institute. Her favorite part about working at SALT is the people! She noted “I love being able to be myself and make connections with everyone!” She also loves the atmosphere of the salon and having the cafe is a “major plus.” When Katie isn’t at SALT, you can find her visiting music festivals, baking, and traveling with her friends. Katie’s MN favorites are Union Rooftop for brunch & Punch Pizza!

Lexi
Meet Lexi! Lexi is a hair stylist and color specialist. She is an expert in lived in color & blondes. Her favorite part of working at SALT is the beautiful atmosphere, the amazing team, & the SALT signatures in the café. Her favorite drink is the Luxe. In her free time Lexi enjoys the outdoors, plants, thrifting, & brunch with friends! Some of her mpls favorites are Our Kitchen and Third Space Cafe.
Madelyn
Madelyn is a hairstylist and color specialist. She is an expert in blonding and low maintenance color. Her favorite parts of working at SALT are her coworkers, the SALT Signature iced Luxe from the cafe, and the bright and comforting atmosphere. Some of her favorite things to do are shop, snowboard, go for walks, & try new coffee shops! Mpls faves: Moka & Hope Breakfast.
Julia
Meet Julia! Julia is a hair stylist and color specialist. Her favorite part about working at SALT is “the community we bring in as well as the beautiful, relaxing environment.” She loves to create hair that makes her clients happy when they leave her chair. She is super into lived-in blondes right now because they are low maintenance, but still bright & beautiful!
Alex
Meet Alex! Alex is a cut and color specialist. She specializes in low maintenance, healthy hair, lived-in blondes, long layered cuts, dimensional brunettes, and bleach + tones. Since joining our team, her favorite parts of working at SALT have been the welcoming people and the general aesthetic of the salon. When Alex is not at work, she enjoys camping, boating, snowboarding, hiking, cooking, and taking care of her two cats. Alex’s favorite MN meal is a good steak from Manny’s!
Emily
Emily is a hair stylist and specializes in cutting. Emily’s favorite part about working at SALT is the “awesome people that I get to work with!” When she isnt working, Emily enjoys hiking and skiing. She has two cats, Rocky and Chico, and loves being a plant mom. Some of her favorite mpls spots are Zakia Deli and Pizza Luce.
Ellie
Meet Ellie! Ellie is a cut and color specialist. She specializes in bob haircuts as well as low maintenance color and blonding. She is a mom of two, her daughter Emme and son Jack. On the weekends she loves to get outside with her kids! Her favorite Minneapolis “staple” is Matt’s Bar. She especially loves their Jucy Lucy. She enjoys SALT’s sense of community and the welcoming, friendly people. She also loves the “beautiful space” she gets to work in!

Meet Sheryl! Sheryl is a nail artist & absolutely loves making all your nail visions come true! She is an expert at nail art and picking your perfect color! She will help you maintain healthy nails and keep them looking beautiful. Sheryl loves the vibe at SALT and all the people she works with!
Sophia
Sophia is a nail artist and specializes in nail art. Her favorite part about SALT is the gorgeous, inviting atmosphere and equally as amazing staff. Sophia loves to paint, cook, hike, and spend time with friends and family. Some of her favorite Mpls spots are Wakame Sushi, Bluenose Coffee, & Vermillion Falls Park!

ESTHETICIAN
Ella
Ella is an esthetician and specializes in brow wax, brow tints/henna, brow lamination, lash lifts, lash tints, facials and body wax. “Giving facials gives me joy!” Her fave part about SALT is offering her clients services that use purely formulated products for a luxurious treatment, and allows them to leave feeling their best. She loves the variety & atmosphere at Graze food hall.
Halle
Meet Halle! Halle is an esthetician and specializes in brow wax, brow tints/henna, brow lamination, lash lifts, lash tints, facials and body wax! Her favorite part about working at SALT is the people she gets to work with everyday. When she is not at SALT, she enjoys painting and doing yoga. Genova
Genova is a massage therapist and has expertise in swedish massage, myofascial release, & deep tissue. Her favorite part about working at SALT is “We work as a team & have each other’s back. Also, Kim (owner) makes each and everyone feel like a valuable and important part of the team.” Genova loves being creative, hiking, & being outdoors w/ friends and family.

Meet Michael! Michael is a massage therapist. He specializes in Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic, Reflexology, Swedish, Prenatal, and Myofascial massages.
