Ashley Katzakian is a yoga teacher in the Twin Cities.  She received her yoga training from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and is currently studying to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner  through the Yoga Veda Institute. Her yoga style is mostly Vinyasa with focus on breath work and the incorporation of essential oils as a part of the healing process. Ashley believes in a holistic approach to healing to bring peace to the body, mind, and soul. In her spare time you can find Ashley walking around the lakes with her dog or drinking a glass of wine at her favorite local spots. Ashley teaches at The Nest MPLS in Uptown and has a weekly Sunday class at Broken Clock Brewery in Northeast Minneapolis.

After settling in, you will set your intentions as Jill guides you through a beautiful visualization and meditation journey that will allow you to come within and connect to your inner wisdom and higher self.

Rachel Lyn - B.A., LMT, ABTC, RYT - An Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner, offers individual sessions the alchemize the modalities of Ayurvedic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, guided visualization, vital energy point therapy, crystal healing and herbalism.  Intention is held for vibrational alignment with one’s inner sweetness and power. Allowing the edges of mind to be honored and only what is desired to melt away by clearing lymphatic and neurological toxins. Guided visualization integrates greater depths being and blending aspects of oneself while staying grounded. Sessions also focus on clearing of undesirable energies and brightening aura though deep relaxation and release.

Rachel an advocate for following your heart and empowering self-development through nature and the creative process. She holds a BA in Honors Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota where she began adopting alternative and comprehensive wellness at the Center for Spirituality and Healing.  Her practice includes integrative healing sessions for vibrational alignment and the art of self-healing. She offers classes in visualization and self-care education for conscious-community gatherings across the country. 

She is the founder and alchemist at House of Heartland, an offering of support tools for self-care and metaphysical connection.
